Nervous system–centered healing that blends yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound to create safety, release, and expansion.

Wild Reverence is a nervous system–centered healing practice rooted in the understanding that true freedom arises from safety, structure, and attuned presence.
Blending modern neuroscience with somatic and spiritual practices, Wild Reverence creates trauma-informed spaces where tranquility and power coexist—where individuals and groups can regulate, release, and reconnect with their innate intelligence without force or bypassing.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It is about remembering your natural rhythm.
When the nervous system feels supported, the body no longer needs to brace. Breath deepens. Sensation becomes available. Stillness holds charge. From this place, both regulation and expansion emerge naturally.
I didn’t find yoga to become more flexible.
I found it because my nervous system needed somewhere safe to land.
After the death of my father, my body entered a state of survival I didn’t yet have language for. Grief lived not just in my thoughts, but in my breath, muscles, sleep, my sense of orientation in the world. I was moving through life, but internally I felt braced, disconnected, and far from myself.
During this time, I was putting my degree in neuroscience to the test—experiencing firsthand how the nervous system responds to threat, loss, and overwhelm. What I understood intellectually, I still needed to experience somatically: that regulation isn’t a mindset shift, it’s a physiological process. Safety isn’t an idea—it’s a felt state.
Yoga, breathwork, sound, and meditation became the bridge. Through these practices, and my deep study of Eastern philosophy alongside modern neuroscience, I slowly reclaimed a sense of steadiness within my physical body. Breath deepened. Sensation returned. My system learned—again and again—that it was allowed to soften without collapsing, to hold strength without tension.
This personal journey is what informs my professional work today.I hold a BA in Neuroscience from the University of San Diego and have over six years of experience in integrative health and nervous system–centered practices.
My work blends evidence-based approaches with intuitive, somatic, and spiritual modalities, including yoga, breathwork, NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest)-informed meditation, and sound healing.
But credentials alone don’t create safety. Presence does.
I create spaces that are grounded, attuned, and responsive—where nervous systems are met exactly as they are. My approach is trauma-informed, inclusive, and rooted in the belief that regulation and expansion are not opposites. When the body feels supported, resilience and creativity arise naturally.
Wild Reverence is the balance I live and teach:
structure and softness, reverence and play, grace and quiet power. Whether I’m working with individuals navigating grief, burnout, and stress, or with groups and organizations seeking embodied, effective wellness solutions, my intention remains the same—to offer a steady field where you can reconnect with your body’s innate intelligence and move forward with clarity, resilience, and trust in yourself.
You don’t need to be fixed.
You don’t need to be pushed.
Your system already knows the way.
Sometimes it just needs the space to remember.
